Super Human Leadership Retreat

You are the one everyone leans on.

The one who holds the campaign, the staff, the board, the budget, the crisis, the vision — and somewhere in there, supposedly, yourself too!

You are both organized yourself and you know how to organize others for the sake of making big changes. But what seems to be missing is the permission AND the container for YOU to be cared for with the same intention that you pour into everyone and everything else.

THIS is that container.

For three days in Baltimore, you are not the one holding everything down. We hold you.

Fall 2026.

Exact dates announced to applicants first.

Seats are limited to twelve, and they will go to the women who raise their hand early.

Fall 2026.

What This Is

A small, intentional retreat for women leaders in the movement — Executive Directors, CEOs, Senior Level Directors – basically the ones carrying values-driven work on their backs and calling it your average Tuesday.

Twelve seats are available. That’s it. Small enough that you are fully seen and held - not processed - by me and my incredible team of healing practitioners and justice experts.

We gather at the 1840s Carrollton Inn — a Black and Brown operated boutique property in the heart of historic Baltimore. Courtyard luncheons. Mastermind Sessions. A private sailing expedition on the inner harbor. A nervous system resetting soundbath. Somatic work that actually gets the years of held tension out of your body. Rooms with jetted jacuzzis appointed with care, gifts that delight and remind you of your innate power, and your freshly cooked breakfast-of-choice brought TO YOU because for once, somebody else is serving YOU, grrrl!

This is not a conference. There is no badge, no breakout you have to prepare for, no keynote you'll half-listen to while answering your email and text messages.

This is a container for rest, restoration, and imagination with a strategy behind it.

The Arc of the Weekend

You arrive on a Thursday

No performing required. A calming welcome reception and time to actually land in your body, enjoy the luxurious room accommodations, and enjoy a gourmet dinner at a nearby waterfront restaurant with eleven other women who get it. A simple reflective prompt to kick us off, not small talk.

You go deeper

Morning movement to wake the body. A co-designed mastermind on leading systems from a place of care in a rapidly shifting world of neurodiversity and AI.

A sailing expedition on Baltimore's harbor during the time of year that produces the most awe-inspiring skyscapes.

A soundbathing session that resets your whole nervous system. Dinners at some of the city's most beautiful tables. Group and individual coaching sessions.

The work of releasing what you've been carrying that no longer serves you — and remembering who the true genius you are underneath all of it.

You leave different on Sunday

Closing Ceremony with integration, intention-setting, and a clear sense of how you carry this home — into your leadership, your body, your life.

Think like an organizer. Act like an executive. Rest like a real human.

Optional Deepenings

Two add-on experiences you can choose when you register — for the women who want to go even further into the work:

Po-Hong Yu

Deep Somatic Opening Group Session

Po is a coach, spiritual mentor, somatic healer, and former acupuncturist who guides founders, executives, and family-office clients through transformation that changes everything — shedding outdated identities and rewiring patterns held in the nervous system.

Her approach bridges ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, rooted in her lineage as the daughter of a Taoist monk and stepdaughter of a martial arts grandmaster and Chinese medicine doctor, and refined through two decades walking alongside people in their deepest change. Leaders come to her when they are ready to stop performing and start living.

At the retreat, Po offers a guided session to loosen the deeply ingrained neural pathways that no longer serve your leadership or life.

Daniel Kemp

Massage & Acupuncture

Daniel is a healing-arts practitioner with over twenty years of experience spanning yoga, massage, and acupuncture. He trained at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and earned his master's in acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute, where he studied the power of language and healing presence in the treatment room.

Eight years living abroad — much of it among indigenous communities whose medicine is holistic and rooted in nature — shaped an eclectic, deeply human approach to the body-mind-spirit continuum.

At the retreat, Daniel offers in-room massage and acupuncture throughout the weekend, on your schedule, bringing the same restorative presence to every session.
