I've run many campaigns, built coalitions, and led many diverse teams.

I've organized for racial justice, economic justice, and environmental justice. And I've burned out doing it. I know what it's like to be the only Black or Brown woman in the room, carrying the weight of the movement on your shoulders while wondering how you'll pay your student loans.

I know what it's like to make less than your white male peers make for the same work. I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning and have to show up as "the strong one" anyway.

I built Super Human Leadership because all of the leadership programs I've done gave me a taste of what's possible, but I needed more. I needed strategy AND rest. I needed money skills AND boundary-setting. I needed a program that understood that for women of color, leadership isn't just about skill—it's about survival in an industry struggling with contradictions and double-standards.
